Open an account, then book your tickets.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account. If you haven't received it, check the spelling of the address you gave in your account. Typos happen !
Yes. Tickets are available at ACO stores in Paris, Rouen, Tours and Le Mans.
The following outlets also sell tickets : Fnac, Carrefour, Auchan, Leclerc, etc.
N.B. Make sure you buy your tickets from reputable agents such as above. It is not advised to purchase from unofficial websites or touts outside the gates. You could be charged extra and the tickets sold may be bogus.
Yes, current members are offered tickets at a special price.
Make sure you use the same email as your membership account.
The rate is applicable throughout your membership year.

The presale or early bird price is a discounted price when tickets first go on sale.
We do not offer this price for all events.

Yes. Under-16s accompanied by an adult 4 Days - Race ticket-holder are admitted free of charge. Please show photo ID at the gate.
Children will be issued with a bracelet on which to write their name and your telephone number.
GRANDSTAND : Free for children under 8 sat on an accompanying adult's lap (in possession of a valid 4 Days + T19/34 - Race tickets).
Yes, the Support Paddock is free of access on Thursday and Friday during the free practice and qualifying sessions. The Working Paddock and boxes are not accessible unless you hold a specific pass (bearing the access to #4&5 areas).
On race days, you will need a viewing box or other pass comprising zones 4 and 5 to enter the paddock.
The official ticket office accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payment.
In stores and at the gates, we accept payment by credit/debit card or cash.

No we do not accept payments by cheque.
Access your online account to print your e-ticket or download your mobile ticket on your smartphone.
E-tickets should be printed in colour or black-and-white, on a sheet of white A4 (21x29.7cm) paper.
Please make sure the impression is of good quality and clearly readable.
Passes will be sent by post, up to a week before the event. Postage will be charged according to delivery address.
For last-minute orders placed nearer to the event, passes will be available for collection at the Accreditation Centre. ID will be required.
According to our terms and conditions of sale, ticket purchases cannont be refunded.
ABSENCE OF COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under article L.121-21-8 of the French consumer code, the cooling-off period, during which a purchase can be cancelled, does not apply to leisure activities on a specified date.
However, you will be offered a refund if you are admitted to hospital (proof required) or if the event is postponed or cancelled. The booking fee (7.5%) will be deducted.
Yes, tickets are transferable.
However, it is forbiden to resell a ticket for more than its face value.
